🚚 Processing & Shipping
- All candles and soaps are hand-poured and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, with tracking information provided once your order leaves our studio.
- During holidays or special events, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand.
🏡 Local Pickup & Events
- Free local delivery (by appointment only).
- You can also shop our products in person at select local markets and pop-ups — follow us on Instagram @acscandles for updates!
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Because all of our products are handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. However, your satisfaction matters to us — if there’s an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To Qualify for a Replacement or Refund:
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after review.
We do our best to ensure each candle and soap meets our quality standards — but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
