• What type of wax do you use?
  We use 100% natural soy wax, free of parabens and phthalates, for a clean, long-lasting burn.
• Are your candles safe for pets?
  Yes! Our candles are non-toxic and made with eco-friendly wicks and clean fragrances, safe for use around pets when burned responsibly.
• Why does my candle have frosting or small imperfections?
  Because our candles are made with natural soy, some frosting or texture is completely normal and shows that the wax is pure and not treated with additives.
• How can I make my candle last longer?
  Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn, and let the wax melt to the edges of the jar during the first burn to prevent tunneling.

  Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on scent preference.

  Please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it as quickly as possible.
